If you need to return or exchange a product or report any damages during transit, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9137856169 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at vijayacures@cannamagic.in. Please provide your order number, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our customer care team will investigate the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. We usually arrange for a reverse pick-up within 3-4 working days. Please note that every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
Please note that refunds cannot be offered in the following circumstances: if we have been provided with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, if there have been three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
For refunds, please be aware of the following: if you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund, which will be reflected in your bank account/card/wallet in 1-15 working days. If you placed an order using store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions, your refund will be in the form of an online store credit for the item, which may be redeemed at a later point in time on our website.
